Return, Refund, 30-day money back policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and service and committed to give our customers the best possible experience. All our goods come with 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Seacraft Gallery products, you can apply for a refund within 30 days of your order. Please send an email to models@seacraftgallery.com.au to advise us that you would like to return with your invoice/receipt number. You will be given a return authorisation number for your reference. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving a return label from us.
All costs involve to returning an item for exchange or refund will be at customers’ expense. The returned item must be new and in original packaging. We will not take responsibility for the damage caused by a third party. A repair fee may be applied if the returned product is damaged, or not in original conditions.
Please note that the models are meticulously crafted from timber, and therefore, they may exhibit some imperfections. It’s important to acknowledge that, despite our utmost efforts to construct the models in optimal conditions, there might still be some imperfections present in your models. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred if you opt to return a model that exhibits minor imperfections.
In the event if you have received a damaged, incorrect or faulty product, you will be offered option of either replacement or refund. All costs involve to returning an item for exchange or refund will be at our expense. Please examine your order as soon as possible upon receipt and notify us within 1 or 2 days after the arrival for any issue.
30 day refund policy does not apply to customers who come to pick up the goods as models are inspected at time of pick up.

We use the information provided from you include name, email address, phone, postal address to assist us in processing your orders. Seacraft Gallery does not trade or disclose your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only.
